Position: Team Member – HR + Admin ; Location: Coimbatore ; Experience: 2+ Years
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to support and manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of HR processes in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
· Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
Employee Separation
· Handle employee exit formalities, clearance processes, and full & final settlement coordination.
· Conduct exit interviews and maintain separation records.
· Ensure timely processing of relieving and experience letters.
Payroll & Attendance
· Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
· Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions.
· Support payroll processing and address employee payroll-related queries.
Statutory Compliance
· Assist in compliance related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, and other applicable labour laws.
· Maintain statutory records and coordinate filing of returns.
· Support audits and inspections related to labour compliance.
Employee Engagement
· Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
· Support performance management and employee communication programs.
· Promote a positive work culture and employee relations.
HR Operations
· Maintain employee records and HRMS software data.
· Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in core HR functions.
· Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.
· Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll software. Proficiency in MS Office.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
