We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to help build a strong team culture and support our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts team.
Handle employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Manage employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Maintain HR databases and generate HR reports as required. These responsibilities align with common HR Executive functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with recruitment portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
Knowledge of attendance and payroll management.
Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or consultancy industries will be an advantage.
