About Manual2AI
We're a software company in Noida building an AI-powered platform that businesses use to run their operations end to end — sales and CRM, purchasing and inventory, field operations, finance, messaging and automation.
The role
Test the whole platform — every module and the workflows that connect them — and find what breaks before customers do.
Hunt edge cases wherever the stakes are high: money, stock, orders, records, permissions, and two people acting on the same thing at once.
Verify that one customer can never see another customer's data.
Confirm results beyond the screen — in the API and the database, not just the UI.
Write clear, reproducible bug reports, and decide what's worth testing when a release is two hours away.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of testing experience. This is a firm bar — below it we're not able to consider the application right now.
Strong manual and exploratory testing instinct on real business software of any kind.
Comfortable working with no written spec or test cases and still knowing what to check.
Able to reason about severity vs priority and defend your call.
Comfortable at an early-stage startup: fast decisions, direct work with the founder, the full picture rather than a slice.

Experience
API testing (Postman or similar) and comfort reading a database with SQL.
Any automation experience — running and maintaining existing tests, or writing new ones.
Salary: Rs 30-50k depending on experience and Skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
