Position: Back Office Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Location: R.N. Mukherjee, Esplanade
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily back office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports properly.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare invoices, other official documents.
- Handle email communication and follow-up activities.
- Maintain stock, vendor, and customer records.
- Assist in basic accounting work using Tally software.
- Generate reports and support management with operational tasks.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role.
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
