Job Description: Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage our shipping and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that goods are processed, dispatched, and delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Management: Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage invoices, shipping labels, and other necessary transport documents.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with clearing agents, transporters, and couriers to negotiate rates and schedule pickups.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues regarding delayed shipments or damaged goods.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of logistics software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
Location: Ability to commute to our office in Kakkanad, Kochi.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience and interview performance).
