Job Description:
Apparels Dozo is hiring a Fashion Operations Manager for our Mohali location. We are looking for an experienced and organized candidate who can manage daily garment production, stock handling, and operational activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in the fashion or garment industry and strong team coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production and operational processes
- Supervise tailors, workers, and team members
- Maintain stock records and provide regular inventory updates
- Handle fabric and raw material management
- Monitor embroidery, stitching, and finishing work
- Control wastage and support cost-cutting measures
- Coordinate with management for smooth workflow
- Ensure timely completion of orders and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in garment or fashion industry
- Experience in Western and Indian garments preferred
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and materials
- Good inventory management skills
- Basic cost-control knowledge
- Basic designing skills
- Knowledge of embroidery work
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
