Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the daily performance and activities of field executives
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to targets, conversions, and team performance
- Identify and resolve operational or pitching-related issues faced by field executives
- Connect and collaborate with societies, organizations, and stakeholders for partnerships
- Guide, support, and manage field executives to improve productivity and performance
- Attend meetings with management or stakeholders whenever required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, team handling, or field management
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Good analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage teams and resolve operational challenges efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
