We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and/or retail outlet. The Outlet Manager will lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales and operational targets, and ensure the outlet operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant/retail outlet.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance and work toward revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale procedures, deposits, and daily reporting.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee ordering, receiving, storage, and stock control.
- Ensure products, food, displays, and service areas meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment.
- Follow and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Reduce waste, shrinkage, and operating costs.
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and legal requirements, where applicable.
- Work collaboratively with senior management and support business initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with cash handling, inventory control, and sales reporting.
- Good understanding of business operations and performance targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Food safety certification or relevant industry training is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
