Job Overview
DekorStudios is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with at least 5 years of experience in residential interior design. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent client management skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while delivering high-quality residential interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
l Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
l Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
l Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
l Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
l Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project execution teams.
l Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and project progress.
l Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
l Resolve design and execution issues effectively.
l Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
l Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
l Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design.
l Strong portfolio showcasing completed residential projects.
l Experience in handling projects independently from design to execution.
l Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.
Required Skills:
l Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
l Strong space planning and design visualization skills.
l Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
l Client relationship and stakeholder management.
l Project management and coordination skills.
l Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
l Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
