IValua – Consultant, Technical Transformation
Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant, Ivalua, where you will support digital procurement transformation initiatives across source-to-pay environments. In this role, you will contribute to business process discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities for Ivalua implementations. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate procurement requirements into scalable system solutions, deliver quality work products within project timelines, and support implementation and post-go-live activities across the solution lifecycle.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Ivalua on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting source-to-pay transformation initiatives across client environments.
- Conduct discovery and requirement-gathering workshops across sourcing, contract management, purchasing, invoicing, and supplier management processes.
- Map current-state processes, identify business gaps, and support future-state solution design aligned to Ivalua capabilities and client requirements.
- Configure Ivalua modules and workflows to support sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, procurement, invoicing, and spend analysis use cases.
- Support integrations between Ivalua and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning systems, including web service and file-based interfaces.
- Support testing, defect triage, deployment, training, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities across implementation and support engagements.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience implementing or supporting source-to-pay solutions, including Ivalua
- Experience supporting catalog content management, strategic sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and invoice-to-payment processes
- Experience conducting kick-off sessions and requirement-gathering workshops with business and project stakeholders
- Experience mapping business processes into solution workflows within Ivalua, Coupa, or SAP Ariba
- Experience supporting at least 3 implementation projects on current or recent versions of a source-to-pay platform
- Experience configuring or supporting digital procurement solutions across business and technical workstreams
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Technology (MTech), or equivalent from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience authoring functional specification documents and technical design documents
- Experience configuring Ivalua modules for sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, procurement, invoicing, or spend analysis
- Experience supporting low-code or workflow-based configuration within the Ivalua platform
- Experience building or supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, or file-based interfaces with enterprise resource planning systems
- Experience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, hypercare, or release planning activities
- Experience supporting direct spend, taxonomy management, approval workflows, or buying channel design
