Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to design, develop, and manage robust test automation solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role requires strong hands-on expertise along with leadership capability to guide and mentor an automation team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end test automation strategy, design, and execution

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Appium

Perform and oversee code reviews to ensure quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices

Implement and maintain API test automation for backend services

Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
-
Manage, mentor, and upskill the test automation team

Estimate automation efforts, plan sprints, and track delivery milestones

Identify automation gaps and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency
Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java)

Solid experience in Appium for mobile automation (Android/iOS)

Expertise in API automation (REST-based services)

Proven experience in automation framework creation and maintenance

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming in Java

Experience with code reviews and automation best practices

Ability to lead and manage an automation testing team

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber/TestNG/JUnit)
