Job Summary
The Sales Telecaller is responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights that support strategic decision-making. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to improve revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inward and outward stock materials
- Maintain stock records and inventory reports
- Monitor stock availability and reorder materials when required
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material delivery
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of spare parts and materials
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper documentation
- Support the service and sales team with required materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Degree
1–6 years of experience
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word (Vlookup, pivot tables)
