We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, hardware, networking peripherals, CCTV systems, smart panels, and IT assets across assigned branches. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting new employee onboarding, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, computer systems, and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain smart panels, interactive displays, and classroom IT equipment.
- Monitor CCTV systems, identify technical issues, and coordinate repairs or service requirements.
- Maintain proper records of IT repairs, maintenance, service requests, and equipment status.
- Manage IT asset inventory, device allocation, and movement records.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and other devices for new employees.
- Coordinate with the HR team for IT requirements and device allocation for new joiners.
- Provide timely technical support to assigned branches and resolve hardware and equipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, AMC services, replacements, and technical support.
- Manage official mobile recharge and connectivity-related requirements.
- Conduct routine checks of IT equipment and proactively identify potential technical issues.
- Maintain regular communication with HR, branch teams, and management to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Ensure IT equipment is maintained properly and available for day-to-day organizational requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills in computer hardware and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, and smart panels.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and common IT applications.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining IT assets and service records.
- Ability to provide IT support across multiple branches.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in school, educational institution, corporate, or multi-location IT support will be preferred.
