Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Pass and maintain accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, and contra vouchers.
- Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and MIS reports.
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities.
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Mandatory knowledge of GST and Tally Prime/ERP.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Skills: GST, Tally Prime, Voucher Entry, Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Financial Reporting, MS Excel.
