We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive for QODORO with strong expertise in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with ad execution, data-driven decision-making, and capable of scaling campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from audience targeting and budgeting to performance tracking and optimization
- Manage and grow LinkedIn presence through both organic and paid strategies
- Track, analyse, and report campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
- Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and ad policies
- Support SEO and organic initiatives as a secondary responsibility

Strong hands-on experience in Social Media Ads (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Proven ability to generate leads and optimize campaign performance
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting
- Basic knowledge of content creation and ad copywriting
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or similar for ad creatives
- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
- Experience in B2B marketing or employer branding campaigns
