Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales and operations process including lead generation, presentations, pricing, proposals, negotiations, execution and closure
- Drive Business Development and Key Account Management
- Handle direct sales and project sales activities
- Build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Builders, Contractors and Corporate Clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order management, logistics, delivery and collections
- Monitor sales targets, revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Support branch growth and market expansion initiatives
