Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets by strategizing and implementing effective sales plans.
Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Expertly explain jewellery designs, metals, gemstones, and pricing to customers.
Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams, and ensure attractive product displays.
Market Trends: Stay updated on jewellery trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, analyse performance metrics, and provide reports to senior management.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in jewellery sales, luxury retail, or a similar role (mandatory).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the jewellery industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of jewellery (gold, diamonds, gemstone) and market trends.
Customer-centric approach with a flair for upselling and cross-selling
Graduate degree preferred (Business, Retail Management, or related field)

Salary: Rs. 18K to Rs. 22K (can be negotiated depending upon your experience)
