Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead
Experience: 4 years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead with 4 years of hands-on experience to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, content strategy, and analytics, with the ability to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversions.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead and guide junior marketing team members when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
