Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain company services, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain products/services clearly
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Handle customer queries politely
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and professional attitude
- Ability to convince and engage customers
- Prior telecalling experience is an advantage
Qualification:
- Any degree / Diploma / 12th Pass
