Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our plastic recycling machinery. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
- Promote and sell plastic recycling machinery.
- Visit customers and conduct product presentations.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
