Job Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Shoot high-quality videos and capture creative behind-the-scenes, promotional, and brand content.
- Edit videos into engaging Reels, Shorts, advertisements, and marketing content.
- Write creative scripts, hooks, captions, and content ideas for social media campaigns.
- Research the latest social media trends and create trend-based content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies and campaigns.
- Develop fresh and innovative content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and deliver content on time.
- Continuously improve content quality based on audience insights and performance.
Required Skills
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
- Ability to write engaging scripts for reels, advertisements, and promotional videos.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with strong creativity and a good portfolio are welcome.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Video Editing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- Candidates from Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Creative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills, creativity, and experience)
