Job Description:
Tapasya College of Commerce and Management is looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance student's employability and professional competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on communication skills, personality development, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct workshops on interview preparation, group discussions, and career readiness.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and update training materials and session plans.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to align training objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Experience in training college students or fresh graduates is preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
