Job Title: Mechanical Trainer

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Mechanical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students or professionals in mechanical design and engineering software, ensuring they gain practical and industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on mechanical design and engineering concepts
- Provide hands-on training in software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Ansys, and NX CAD
- Develop training materials, assignments, and practical exercises
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates
- Assist students with project work and technical queries
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Ansys, and NX CAD
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers with strong software knowledge can also apply)
