Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
Experience: 1–2 Years Preferred
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, Ayurveda or related field
Age Limit: 21 – 35 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 Days

Job Role
We are looking for a Hair Counsellor with a background in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Ayurveda who can understand customer concerns and guide them with the right hair care solutions.
The role requires a candidate who can act as a counsellor first, understand the root cause of hair issues (diet, lifestyle, scalp health), and guide customers towards suitable programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers (calls/Zoom).
- Understand hair fall concerns, diet patterns, and lifestyle issues.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, diet plans, and natural hair care practices.
- Suggest suitable hair regrowth programs based on customer needs.
- Educate customers on holistic practices for better results.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and guide them throughout their journey.
- Maintain consultation records and updates in CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, Ayurveda or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in counselling / consultation preferred
- Good understanding of diet, lifestyle, and basic hair care concepts
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Comfortable with online consultations (Zoom/Calls)
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
