Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and people-friendly professional to strengthen parent relationships and drive outreach for Basil Woods Juniors. The role combines parent counselling, school engagement, and social media coordination to help prospective parents experience the school.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children and families are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesParent Outreach & Admissions Support
- Call and engage prospective parents generated through Google and Meta campaigns.
- Counsel parents and schedule school tours and interaction sessions.
- Primary KPI: Conversion of leads into school visits.
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with the school team to gather content (photos, stories, updates).
- Edit, refine, and post engaging content with thoughtful captions on social media handles.
- Work with the design team to create creatives for digital campaigns.
Events & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute one monthly school engagement event for parents and prospective families.
- Support key school events such as Annual Day, Sports Day, and celebrations.
- Capture photos/videos during events and create content for social media.
