Job Summary:
We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented professionals to join at our customer's Manufacturing & Quality operations. Depending on your core expertise, you will be aligned with either the Production Operations (Injectables/OSD) or Quality Control (Analytical/Chemical) division to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and cGMP norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- For QC: Perform analysis of raw materials, stability samples, and finished products using HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer (KF), and UV/IR spectroscopy.
- For Production: Manage compounding, vial/cartridge filling, lyophilizer operations, or blister packing while strictly adhering to safety and EHS guidelines.
- Maintain flawless documentation, including error-free batch manufacturing records (BMR) and analytical data books.
- Monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) to proactively identify, investigate, and close deviations or out-of-specification (OOS) results.
- Ensure absolute compliance with global guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, and WHO-GMP).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc. (Chemistry/Biotechnology) or B.Tech (Biotechnology).
- Consistent academic record (Minimum 60% aggregate across qualifications preferred).
- Hands-on experience working within USFDA-approved or sterile/injectable manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of Data Integrity guidelines and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
