POSITION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibility
- Handle the complete order cycle from sampling to shipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, production, quality and logistics teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and competitive costing.
- Follow up on daily production, resolve issues and provide timely updates to buyers.
- Ensure all documents, approvals and compliances are in place.
- Work on cost sheets, margins and price negotiations.
Relevant Experience
- 2–5 years in apparel, scarves, or textile exports.
- Experience working with European or international buyers is a strong advantage.
Excellent English Communication
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate confidently with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Commercial Understanding
- Knowledge of costing, margins, negotiation, and pricing.
- Ability to identify commercial risks before confirming orders.
Product Knowledge
- Understanding of fabrics, printing, embroidery, trims, garment construction, quality standards, and sampling.
Order Management
Experience handling the complete order cycle:
- Sampling
- Costing
- Order confirmation
- Production follow-up
- Quality checks
- Shipment coordination
Planning & Organization
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and buyers simultaneously.
- Excellent time management.
Problem-Solving Ability
- Can proactively resolve production delays, quality issues, and buyer concerns.
