We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Coordinator to support academic planning, teacher capacity building, and project implementation. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification, experience in academic or educational projects, and the ability to design teacher learning content and work on teaching-learning kits/modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage academic programs, teacher training, and educational projects.
- Design and develop teacher learning materials, lesson frameworks, and training content.
- Support implementation of academic projects and ensure timely execution.
- Develop, review, and improve teaching-learning resources and activity-based learning kits.
- Work on educational toolkits, teaching kits, and curriculum-aligned learning materials.
- Coordinate with teachers, trainers, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor learning outcomes and provide academic support to teachers.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and academic records.
- Conduct classroom observations and recommend improvements in pedagogy and instructional practices.
- Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and teacher development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: B.Ed / D.El.Ed (Mandatory)
- 1–5 years of experience in academic coordination, education projects, curriculum, or teacher training.
- Experience working on academic/education-based projects preferred.
- Experience in teacher learning design, content development, or instructional design.
- Experience in designing/working with teaching-learning kits, educational modules, or activity-based resources.
