We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and generate high-quality leads across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Sales, Conversions, Traffic, Engagement, and Awareness).
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, Shopping, and Remarketing.
- Plan and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage NRI-focused lead generation campaigns.
- Build and optimize landing pages and lead generation funnels.
- Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Conversion API (CAPI), Enhanced Conversions, Offline Conversion Tracking, and Server-Side Tracking.
- Configure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and event measurement.
- Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Continuously improve campaign performance based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to improve campaign results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform changes, AI tools, automation, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns for India and international markets.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales funnels.
- Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, Server-Side Tracking, Enhanced Conversions, and Offline Conversion Tracking.
- Experience with CRM integrations such as LeadSquared, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Good knowledge of UTM tracking, attribution models, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting.
- Experience in landing page optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate performance marketing.
- Experience running NRI and international lead generation campaigns.
- Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
