Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and organize patient medical records accurately and confidentially.
* Ensure timely collection, verification, and filing of inpatient and outpatient records.
* Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with hospital policies.
* Manage record retrieval, indexing, scanning, and archiving processes.
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for documentation completion.
* Maintain electronic and physical medical records as per regulatory requirements.
* Handle requests for medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
* Prepare daily, monthly, and departmental reports related to medical records.
* Monitor record retention and disposal as per hospital policies.
* Support NABH, quality audits, and statutory compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
* Graduate in any discipline (preferably Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field).
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Hospital Documentation and Records Management.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital documentation processes.
* Familiarity with HIS (Hospital Information System) and MS Office.
* Understanding of NABH standards and medical record regulations is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
