ob Responsibilities
- Manage complete interior projects from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, factory production, vendors, and site teams.
- Plan project schedules, manpower requirements, and material flow.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise execution quality.
- Review drawings, BOQ, production schedules, and installation plans.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Prepare daily/weekly project updates and reports.
- Manage client communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in interior project management, modular furniture, or construction execution.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and understand production details.
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and complete home interior projects.
- Knowledge of factory-to-site workflow.
- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
