Recruitment & Team Building:* Learn the process of identifying, screening, and recruiting potential Insurance Advisors/Agents to build your own distribution team. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with your team of advisors, motivating them and helping them understand the value proposition of life insurance. Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for people management. Minimum: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
