About the Role
Horizon 360 is looking for a skilled, independent BIM Lead/Coordinator (Architectural & Structural) to manage project modeling, coordination, and quality control with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent Execution: Lead end-to-end BIM project delivery, setup, and CDE management.
- Modeling & Documentation: Produce high-LOD Revit models, detailed construction drawings, schedules, and parametric families.
- Coordination & Quality: Run clash detection in Navisworks Manage, generate reports, resolve multi-disciplinary conflicts, and conduct ISO 19650 model audits.
- Team Guidance: Mentor modelers and resolve complex technical Revit challenges.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Architectural & Structural BIM (Coordinator or Lead level).
- Technical Mastery: Expert in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage. Working knowledge of BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and ISO 19650 standards.
- Key Trait: Self-driven professional capable of taking full ownership of project outcomes independently.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Advanced BIM Modeling & Technical Detailing
- Develop and maintain high-LOD Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce fully coordinated construction documentation, shop drawings, detailed callouts, quantity take-offs, and schedules.
- Execute design revisions, complex parametric family creation, and high-precision model adjustments autonomously.
