Job Title: Steward
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service.
- Clear used dishes and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer basic queries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure timely service.
- Refill water, condiments, and other table essentials as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support the team during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain personal grooming and wear the company uniform as per standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer service mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
