Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration activities.
- Maintain employee records, office files, and documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting rooms.
- Process vendor bills and maintain records of office expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support management in preparing reports and maintaining databases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
- Freshers with good communication and organizational skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
