Upskilling or training EdTech Sales (B2C Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing Inside Sales team
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Monitor conversions, productivity and pipeline performance
- Conduct coaching sessions, call audits and performance reviews
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Support the team in closing high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for better lead conversion
- Prepare MIS reports, forecasts and sales dashboards
- Ensure excellent customer experience and team engagement
