Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Consultant / Business Development Executive to join our team in Panchkula.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online inquiries from customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Suggest travel packages and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate new business opportunities and help grow the company's client base.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and online platforms.
- Sales and customer handling experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
