Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month *(Based on experience, skills & industry knowledge)*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Sales & Marketing Manager* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to drive sales growth while building long-term client relationships.
#Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
* Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Identify new markets and business opportunities
* Manage retail, wholesale, and corporate clients
* Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Prepare sales reports and market analysis
# Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Knowledge of digital marketing and market trends is an advantage
* Willingness to travel when required
