Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive General Trade (GT) sales and market expansion in Tirunelveli for Farmley’s healthy snacking products. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, achieving sales targets, increasing outlet coverage, and strengthening market presence across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets
- Manage distributors and retail network
- Expand GT market coverage and outlet reach
- Ensure product visibility and merchandising
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Handle sales reporting and territory planning
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of FMCG GT sales experience
- Experience in packaged food/snacking category preferred
- Strong distributor and market handling skills
- Good communication and negotiation ability
- Experience in South Tamil Nadu market preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
