- Take precise measurements and document site-specific challenges before installation begins.
2. Installation Supervision & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end installation of STP units (MBBR, SBR, MBR, or Packaged plants).
- Handle or oversee the assembly of mechanical components, pumps, blowers, and internal piping.
- Ensure all installations comply with the provided engineering drawings and local environmental regulations.
3. Commissioning & Testing
- Perform initial startup and "wet runs" of the system to ensure leak-proof operations.
- Calibrate sensors and adjust flow rates to meet treated water quality standards.
- Train the client’s on-site staff on basic daily operations and emergency shut-off procedures.
4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (AMC) visits.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, motor issues, or biomass imbalances.
- Collect water samples for lab testing to ensure BOD/COD levels are within permissible limits.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and civil contractors to ensure site readiness.
- Maintain accurate digital logs of site visits, installation milestones, and service reports.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables (chemicals, filter media, etc.).

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Basic electrical knowledge (panel wiring, sensors, and PLC basics is a plus).
