Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to achieve targets
- Handle, allocate, and supervise a team of 25–30 manpower
- Manage manufacturing of SS Pharma Process Equipment such as reactors, vessels, tanks, and piping systems
- Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, bending, welding (TIG/MIG), and assembly
- Interpret GA and fabrication drawings to ensure production as per specifications
- Ensure proper surface finishing and polishing (mirror/matte) as per GMP standards
- Conduct quality checks including dimensional inspection, weld quality, and leak testing
- Control raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain shop floor discipline
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and track daily output and performance
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fabrication and welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Experience in managing production teams
- Familiarity with GMP standards and quality control
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
