Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities across departments.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Support and guide nursing staff during duty shifts.
- Assist in OT procedures and coordinate OT-related nursing activities.
- Handle and supervise Labour Room procedures and patient care.
- Monitor documentation, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, departments, and management for smooth operations.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification with valid nursing registration.
- Minimum 3 year experience in hospital nursing supervision is mandatory
- Must have hands-on experience in:
- Operation Theatre (OT)
- Labour Room
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and coordinate effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
