Roles And Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet, understand needs, and conduct test drives.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on models, provide detailed information.
- Sales Process: Guide customers, negotiate terms, coordinate financing.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Follow up for satisfaction and address concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete sales paperwork, maintain accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to meet targets.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to dealership policies and industry regulations.
Required skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of automobile products and market trends.
- Preferred 4wheer driving.
Salary: 10000-15000+ Incentives
