At Skills For Us, we are committed to helping students develop essential life skills, self-awareness, and career readiness. We are looking for passionate Life Skills & Career Development Facilitators who want to make a meaningful impact in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct life skills and career development sessions for students from primary to senior secondary levels.
- Facilitate workshops and interactive activities on communication, confidence, emotional wellbeing, decision-making, and self-awareness.
- Guide students on career awareness, subject selection, career pathways, and higher education opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership.
- Maintain student counselling and session records.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Human Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for student development are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in a school-based environment.
Work Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
