Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for managing daily payment transactions for students, staff, and others. The role includes operating the billing system, handling cash and digital payments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions accurately.
· Maintain and balance the cash register on daily basis. Maintains student’s fees record.
· Handle refunds, exchanges, and transaction-related queries as per college policies.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or system issues to the Accounts Manager
- Follow cash-handling, safety, and security procedures.
- Updating cash transaction entries in Ms Excel & ERP Software.
- Must possess good excel knowledge & communication skills.
