Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented End-to-End Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding candidates. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct salary negotiations and finalize compensation within the approved budget.
- Generate and roll out offer letters and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in sourcing both technical and non-technical profiles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
