Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Inside Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include engaging with potential students to provide information about Jaro Education’s programs, identifying and generating prospective leads, maintaining a customer-centric approach for satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role involves proactive consultation through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand client needs, answer queries, and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and meet organizational goals.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive client experiences.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey program benefits and address customer queries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and managing sales databases is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
