Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Quick Commerce Manager to lead and scale our business across quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, improving product visibility, managing platform relationships, ensuring inventory availability, and executing promotional campaigns to maximize growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business operations across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute channel-wise growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, assortment, and content across all platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs) of Quick Commerce partners.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, offers, and promotional activities.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as GMV, fill rate, order fulfillment, availability, ROAS, and profitability.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Category teams to drive business objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with actionable insights.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of the Quick Commerce ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Quick Commerce.
Experience with D2C, FMCG, Food, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods brands is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Experience working with consumer brands rather than agencies.
Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and capable of scaling high-growth channels.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
