Senior / Lead IT Recruiter – US Staffing (3–5 Years Experience)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead IT Recruiter – US Staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead hiring delivery for US-based clients. The role also includes mentoring junior recruiters and driving recruitment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements
- Handle critical and niche hiring requirements with faster turnaround
- Lead, guide, and support junior recruiters
- Coordinate directly with US clients and account managers
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful closures
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Ensure delivery SLAs and hiring targets are met
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms, compliance, and hiring models
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in night shift (US time zone)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with MSP/VMS accounts
- Strong pipeline management and team handling exposure
