URGENT HIRING – CNC VTL OPERATOR
Position: CNC VTL Operator
Vacancies: Multiple
Location: Hooghly, West Bengal
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Duty Hours: 12 Hours (Shift Basis)
Eligibility
- ITI (Machinist / Turner / Fitter) or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–15 years as a CNC VTL Operator.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC VTL machine operation, tool setting, work offsets, and precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controls will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the Steel Forging, Heavy Engineering, or Machine Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC VTL machines.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, grooving, threading, and drilling operations.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy as per engineering drawings.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow all quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,922.21 per month
